Chefchaouen

Morocco is a small town in the Rif mountains that is famed for its quaint blue-painted houses, which give it a decidedly surreal look and feel. If you’re looking to explore the natural side of Morocco from a civilised base, Chefchaouen is the perfect place to do so. You’ll have a view of the mountains from the end of pretty much every street, but if that isn’t enough, you can also go hiking or wild-swimming nearby. It’s easily one of the best places in Morocco to see that’s pretty iconic.

 

Fez

Fez is a popular destination for tourists because of the many attractions and activities it has to offer. The Draa Valley is a valley in the south-western region of Morocco. It’s known for its palm trees, sandy hills and sandstone cliffs. The Draa River runs through it and there are many villages along the river’s course. It is one of Morocco’s most popular tourist destinations because of its natural beauty, cuisine, culture and crafts.

The valley stretches from Taroudant to Ouarzazate with an average width of 12 kilometers at the widest point. There are many different types of accommodation available including hotels, guest houses. There are many different activities that can be done while visiting such as hiking up to high peaks or relaxing on the beach with a good book.

 

Marrakesh 

Marrakesh is a bustling, colourful city set in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It has been an important trading centre for centuries and today it is one of the largest cities in Africa.

The Medina, or old town, is renowned for its souks (markets), palaces and mosques. The Jamaa el-Fna square at the heart of Marrakech’s medina bustles with snake charmers and acrobats, storytellers and fortune tellers. It’s also one of the safest cities in Morocco to visit! There is a lot of culture hidden in its spice-scented alleyways and bazaars that make it worth visiting.
