Sifnos is a small island in the Aegean Sea, south of mainland Greece. It has a population of about 4,000 and it is one of the Cyclades islands. Sifnos was not very popular as a tourist destination until recently because there were no big hotels or luxury resorts on the island. But nowadays it attracts many tourists from all over Europe because it offers beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters that are ideal for snorkeling and diving, picturesque villages with narrow streets full of flowers and fruit trees, traditional taverns where visitors can taste delicious local food.

Patmos
Patmos is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea. It has been a holiday destination for many years because of its mild climate, and was also an important religious centre from early Christian times. The island’s capital, Chora (meaning village), contains most of the major sights and hotels. The port town Skala, on the west coast with good beaches, is where ferries arrive from Piraeus (Athens). Other settlements are Kokkini Hani which is situated at one end of Patmos’ long beach.
Visit during the months of July and August for events like the International Film Festival and Patmos Religious Music Festival, or stay through September for sporting events like Patmos Revelation Triathlon!
